OktoberFest – POSTPONED

POSTPONED!! As many of the activities were outdoors and with the forecast of 90-100% chance of rain, we have decided to postpone Friday’s Oktoberfest celebration. We apologize for any inconvenience. Friday, November 13th is the new proposed date for a Fall Festival. We will still have pretzel making and crafts, and if the burn ban is lifted we will be able to enjoy a bonfire! Kick-Off Sunday!

Join in the fun on Sunday, September 13th for “Kick-Off Sunday” as we begin our new Fall activities full of fun, learning, spiritual growth. Sunday Sunday School and Bible Class will return at 9:00am, Worship is at 10:00am. So come along, grow in your faith and knowledge of God’s Word and how it applies to your life!

Theater Bible School!!

Calling all kids First Grade and up!  Come to Theater Bible School at Hope Lutheran Church!  We will be learning and performing fun plays from playwright Peter Bloedel, including “The Ten Lepers”.  Kids learn blocking, lines and acting skills, costume and set design, all the while taking in the deeper meaning of the Bible lessons. New Life in Christ!

Mid-week Lent devotions are Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Lent is a special time of the year when we put aside time on six Wednesdays in a row to focus on the suffering and death of Jesus, why it happened and what that means for us.
